KEY INFORMATION
1) All Partners are able to access discount (10%) on the online City Store by creating an account via the website ‘shop.mancity.com’ using your partner email domain. Once an account has been created, the discount will automatically be applied.
2) If any Partner email domains haven’t been added to the system or are new, please share this with your relevant Partnership Marketing Manager and we will arrange.
3) For any purchases made in the City Store, partners will receive a discount by explaining (in advance of arrival) that they are a partner of the club, and the staff shall apply the discount at check-out.
All partners are able to request to purchase additional GA tickets for home and away fixtures throughout the season.
All requests must be submitted directly to the Partner Ticket inbox ‘partnertickets@cityfootball.com’, with the following information:
- Partner that is requesting
- Supporter number
- Fixture of choice
- Number of tickets
- Split across age brackets: 60+ / Adult / 18-21 / 18 & under
- If the request is contracted or non-contracted
Once received – a member of the Partnership Operations team will be in touch, outlining cost and availability. Please note that all requests to purchase must be purchased via the Man City Ticketing portal using the supporter number provided.
Ticket requests must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the fixture date, and depending on availability, can be capped at specific amounts.
In order to access City+, partners must redeem a designated (personalised) code that enables a free subscription on the platform. The code is detailed as follows:
1) ‘PARTNER NAME IN FULL CAPS’ followed by ‘PARTNER’.
2) The link to access the City+ page is here: mancity.com/citytv/city-plus
The code itself can be accessed up to 100 times on separate accounts.
Please note that users will have to enter card details in order to redeem the subscription, however, the code has an unlimited validity, so you will never be charged.
All partners are able to produce co-branded merchandise products.
For any requests, please contact your dedicated Partnership Marketing Manager, who will provide the latest brochure and contact information to submit an order.
For any merchandise requests above and beyond contractual rights – partners must purchase these directly from the City Store, either online (shop.mancity.com), or at the physical stores directly, located below.
